Benefits of Drinking Water
Drinking pure water is of the utmost importance in order to live a healthy life and even to lose weight.
Your body is approximately 70% water. Sadly, 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
When I trained with Robbie Robinson Mr. America, Mr Universe, Masters Mr Olympia who is 69 and looks better than I did when I competed in BB in my 20’s. He told me to drink a gallon of water a day.Robbie has great skin. Keeps skin looking good.You’ll be running to rest room all the time.
Remember, our bodies are made up mostly of water. Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink water.
Tap Water: Make sure that you drink lots of purified water on a daily basis. Tap water has numerous environmental toxins, such as chlorine, pesticides, parasites, and chemicals from perfumes, caffeine, and numerous other things dumped into it.
Water for Weight Loss: It will help you burn fat, suppress hunger.
Wake up: You just went 8 hours without water. Your body is using up water in detoxing and repairing your body that whole time. Water is needed for every single bodily process.
Water Helps Energize Muscles. Not enough water muscle fatigue and don’t work as well.
Exercising: Drink lots of water, before, while exercising and after.
Summer Time: Need more water because you are losing it while you sweat.
Remove Toxins/Fights Colds: Water will also help remove toxins from your body and fight off the common cold.
