Our 90 Day Fitness Challenge is a 3 section program, Fitness Program, Healthy Eating Program and an Accountability Program. Now let me explain how you can get started to transform your life in 90 days. First sign up for one of our fitness class: XFT Bootcamp, Piloxing (women only), Pilates or Muay Thai Kickboxing. Then we’ll take your Stats, before photo, body composition and bodyweight. Begin training in our group or private classes. Start your healthy eating plan. For accountability we’ll do your stats every 3 weeks. At the end of the 90 day’s we’ll do your after stats and take your photo. Within a month after all the contestants forms and photos are in, We’ll announce the 2012 Anta’s Doral 90 Day Challenge.
