In order to to live fit and healthy at 56 years old I eat healthy, workout hard doing martial arts and strength training, doing joint mobility and taking numerous supplements. Yet, my favorite supplement is Moringa. I planted five Moringa trees in my backyard. The first one was planted almost three months. I dry my Moringa leaves and mix it with other fruits and herbs in my morning Nutri Blast drink. Yet, if I’m in a hurry or traveling I take Moringa capsules from King Moringa. I know that most people will not take the time to grow organic Moringa trees, pick the leaves and dry them before ingesting them so I highly recommend Moringa capsules.
