This is my favorite high protein nutritious soup. I gave it the name in Spanish of Sopa de Nitron or Nitro Soup. The first time I made it I threw in everything I had growing in my organic garden and found in the refrigerator. Later doing research on health, nutrition and anti-aging I made it a point that it had certain vegetables and herbs. Here are the ingredients and the health benefits.
Chicken soup: High in Protein, anti-inflammatory, helps lower blood pressure, helps fight off colds.
Sweet Potato: Known as the secret of Okinawa longevity. High in protein, anti-cancerous, protects the liver.
Purple Potato: Lower in calories than potatoes. High antioxidants to strengthen immune system and help prevent heart disease and cancer.
Carrots: Antioxidant protects you from heart disease. Helps promote big bowel movements amazing for the digestive system. Protects you from UV rays of the sun.
Red Onions: Lifts HDL levels, good cholesterol. Regulates blood sugar. Helps prevent stomach cancer and prostate cancer. Helps with depression.
Bell Peppers: Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
Asparagus: The single most powerful cancer fighting food. Raises testosterone and detoxifies body. It’s a natural aphrodisiac.
Kale: Is one of the most nutrient dense food in the world. Lower cholesterol, high antioxidant, cancer fighter, aides digestion and protects the eyes.
Cilantro: Excretes toxic metals. Autism, fibromyalgia and mental problems are influence by toxic metals.
Cuban Oregano (I called it Cuban Basil in video by mistake): Antioxidant

Rosemary: Increases blood circulations. Helps combat depression. Anti-cancer.
Oregano: Antioxidant, immune system support, anti-inflammatory, fights cancer, and good for allergies.
Chives: Anti-inflammatory, anti-biotic, reduces risks of some cancers and boosts heart health.
Anamu (guinea hen weed): Supports the immune system, anti-inflammatory, great for arthritis, anti-cancer.
Garlic: Anti-bacteria, helps improve circulation and cholesterol levels, improves bone health and detoxifies heavy metals.
Basil: Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer.
As you can see it’s a high protein soup with lots of nutrients and health benefits. Try to use as many organic ingredients that you can. You can make a large pot, refrigerate it and you’ll have a high protein meal for days to come.
