Let me explain what I mean by age defying formula. Longevity is what you need to do to live a long, healthy functional life. Age defying is not looking your age physically and being able to do things that most people your age can't or wouldn't do. I am 62 years old. I'm a competitive bodybuilder and a martial arts and fitness instructor. This year I was the runner up in both the Florida State Bodybuilding Championships over 60 and the North American Bodybuilding Championships Over 60 Lightweight Division. In 2017 I won the South Florida Bodybuilding Championships Over 60 Lightweight and Overall.
Anta's Age Defying Longevity Formula is not the same as Anta's 10 Commandments of Health and Fitness that I wrote in my book "Anta's Ageless Warrior Fitness" in 2014. This is my controversial 10 keys to Age Defying and Longevity Formula. Why is it controversial? Because it's my belief and what works for me. Some people might not agree with some of my 10 yet, I have to say what I do to stay healthy, fit and strong at 62 with numerous injuries.
